add filter for not caught up (aired unwatched)

When looking at filters, you have not completed but if there are episodes announced but not aired and not watched, then the show is not completed according to your filter... a different filter for not caught up would be for shows that have aired episodes that haven't been watched but would not include shows that had unwatched shows that haven't aired yet.
